| There are 3 distinct types. They
may be related labels. The first Dawn label was located at 39 West 60th
Street, New York, NY . It was a subsidiary of Seeco, run by Sidney
Siegel. The executive director was Bob Rosen, and the main A&R
guys were Chuck Darwin, Paul Livert, and Lee Magid. It was active
in the late 1950's. The next two were active in the mid 60s. Anyone have more information on these labels? |
